To better assist us, please check out the following message in case the proper rules weren't iterated to you during your initial move in. We do have guidelines that must be followed in order for your trash to be picked up each night. 

Please remember: Missed trash does occur. Our valets are human and we pick up trash for multiple hundreds of residents at their doorsteps, 5 or more nights per week.

 

Please be cordial, respectful, and understanding, and let us know if you have any missed trash problems and we'll add your unit to our tracked units list to ensure we don't miss you again. 

General Trash Guidelines:

 

1.) Two bags of trash are allowed per night. All bags must be normal, kitchen sized trash bags. They must be tied, void of rips or tears, not be leaking and weigh less than 25 lbs. Large oversized trash bags or contractor bags, bags that are too heavy and rip or tear when we pick them up, or bags leaking profusely will not be taken. 

Please note: This is not an accumulation service. We take 2 bags per night, each night. If you have more than this, you can leave out 2 per night, or you can take the additional bags down to the compactor / dumpster at your leisure. 

2.) Two broken down boxes are allowed per night. Boxes must be normal sized boxes, not couch boxes or very large TV boxes, and must be completely flattened. 

If additional items are left out, the allotted amount of items will be taken and the rest will be left, with a violation card left for your reference.
